As people who bear the name of Christ, we are clothed with garments of salvation and covered in righteousness.  This lavish wardrobe is given to the children of God, Jews and Gentiles alike, who, in utter joy cry out, “Abba! Father!”  In Jesus we see the salvation and righteousness of God, just like Simon.  What a wonderful inheritance—to know, to be known by and claimed by the Son sent from God!
