“Where are you?” This question is the connecting link between today’s lessons. God wants to know where His people are at, and is always aware of their struggles and joys. We can never fall out of God’s sight. His eyes are always lovingly on us. He sent His Son like a good shepherd, to search and find, live and die for us. Granted, Jesus’ rather ambivalent attitude toward his own family seems at first a bit awkward; but there is nothing unclear about his clarification: “Whoever does the will of God is my brother and sister and mother.”
