In a sense, the clock is ticking—counting down the last weeks of the church year, but also reminding us of the promise of Christ’s return. God will intervene in on this troubled world. The archangel Michael to watch over Israel, Jesus, the great high priest, offering himself as the pure sacrifice for our sins. The world needs to know this, and we should tell them. Today we focus on missions beyond our horizons, but close to us—the report from our own mission team back from Guatemala and the ongoing ministries of Mission India, which we support. It’s an urgent task, for the time is drawing nigh.
