Pass it on! In today’s lessons we see God entrusting important news to the frailest of means—human beings. Through the witness of the devastated nation of Israel, the quarreling community of Corinth, and the curious disciples of John the message of God’s saving purpose is proclaimed to the world. John the Baptist points to Jesus as the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world. What do we want? We look to Him for the answer, drawing near to Him, and inviting others to do as well.
