Our God is a wonderful God—just as Paul discovered as Jesus stopped him on the road to Damascus. God changed him from an enemy of the Church into its greatest missionary. Even now, the saints who sing “Worthy is the Lamb” around the heavenly throne experience the wonders of God face-to-face. The disciples, perhaps abandoning their mission in order to return to their fishing boats, experienced the wonders of God in the miraculous catch of fish. Experiencing God’s wonders ourselves, we gather to praise Him for His wonders, too.
