That Look of Recognition [Video Sermon]

Pastor:
Passage: Acts 2:14a, 36-42, Luke 24:13-35

Two disciples leave Jerusalem, going home to Emmaus, saddened about the death of Jesus, whom they had pinned such hopes on. Jesus walks with them, but they don’t recognize him. At least, not until they invite this stranger into their home and he sat down, took bread, and broke it. At once their eyes were opened and the realized their Savior had been with them every step of the way. He is risen! That means He’s alive and active in our world. We are should be on the lookout for him.
